PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional banner (101) cannot be kept to face the front with respect to a consumer against the wind blowing from a left side toward a right side (Fig.2(not shown)). SOLUTION: A plurality of flag retainers (3, 4) are attached to both right and left sides of the banner (1) having a rectangular shape, as a result of which the banner (1) can be kept to face the front with respect to the consumer by inserting a vertical pole (5) through the plurality of flag retainers (3) attached to the right side of the banner (1) against the wind blowing from the right side toward the left side and using such banner (Fig.3(not shown)). Also, the banner (1) can be always kept to face the front with respect to the consumer by inserting the vertical pole (5) through the plurality of the flag retainers (4) attached to the left side of the banner (1) against the wind conversely blowing from the left side toward the right side and using such banner (Fig.4(not shown)). Thereby, the banner (1) can be always kept to face the front with respect to the consumer even against the wind blowing from both of the right and left, which has hitherto been impossible with the conventional banner (101).
