PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-cylinder enclosed rotary compressor with high reliability, in which noise can be reduced by damping the pressure pulsation component of a refrigerant compressed in a cylinder in mutually independent passages, oil discharge quantity for the outside of a compressor can be reduced, and the oil quantity in a closed vessel can be secured. SOLUTION: A first passage to directly lead the refrigerant compressed in a first cylinder 9 from a discharge muffler 17 of an upper frame 15 in an upward direction of the inside of the closed vessel 1, and a second passage to lead the refrigerant compressed in a second cylinder 10 into the upper space of an electromotive element 2 in the closed vessel twice after once discharging from a discharge muffler 18 of a lower frame 16 outside the vessel via a bypass pipe 30 installed outside the closed vessel 1 are independently provided. The pressure pulsation component of the refrigerant compressed in each cylinder is damped in mutually independent passages so that the noise can be prevented from occurring owing to the interference with each other when the refrigerant merges into.
