PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the processing capability of a token washing/polishing device by speedily discharging washed and polished tokens without letting the tokens unnecessarily stay. SOLUTION: Tokens loaded together with washing water between bristles on upper and lower brush boards are continuously washed, polished and discharged by relatively rotating the upper and lower brush boards disposed above and below in the token washing/polishing device. A soft sheet 5b with large coefficient of friction is stretched from the center to the outer peripheral end in the radial direction without planting bristles on top of the lower brush board 5, and tokens m are speedily conveyed to be discharged with the friction of the soft sheet 5b without sliding while being washed and polished with bristles 5a.
