PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic prove wherein a space-saving FPC wiring in a head part is realized so that the head part can be made small and the wiring is made as a measure to prevent disconnection of a pattern on the FPC that a stress is not applied to the FPC when the head part is bent vertically and horizontally. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic prove is equipped with a vibrator section which comprises a vibrator having an arrangement of two or more channels to transmit and receive an ultrasonic wave and a transmitting and receiving means which is connected to each of the channels of the vibrator to supply a transmitting signal to the vibrator and to take out a receiving signal from the vibrator, wherein flexible base plates having bent sections to take out the above receiving signal from the vibrator are equipped, two or more vibrator sections are connected to scan for 360 degrees, and the above flexible base plates are superimposed at a streamer part.
