PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount a protective cover for covering the surface of a cleaning opening cover body without causing the warp of the protective cover. SOLUTION: The temporarily fixed protective cover 15 for covering the surface of the cleaning opening cover body 8 for blocking in an openable/closable manner an upper face opening 2 communicating with a cleaning opening of a catch basic, is provided with a cover part 16 injection-molded out of synthetic resin and having an outer diameter equal to the outer diameter of a frame body 3 fitting the cleaning opening cover body 8; locking parts 17 integrally provided at the back face of the cover part 16 and detachably locked to an opening/closing recess 10 formed in the cleaning opening cover body 8; and a detaching means 20 formed on the surface of the cover part 16.
