摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle touch force control device capable of holding nozzle touch force by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A motor 3 allows an injection unit 10 to advance through a spring 6 to bring a nozzle 19 into contact with a mold. Further, the spring 6 is compressed to impart set nozzle touch force. At the time of a injection dwelling process, an injection speed is detected at every predetermined cycle by the position/speed detector 24 provided on a servomotor 23 for driving a screw 20 to inject a resin. Acceleration is calculated from the injection speed. The force caused by the inertial force of a movable part such as an injection screw 20, a pusher plate 14 or the like moved by injection operation is calculated from the acceleration. The rotary position of the motor 3 is changed by the quantity corresponding to the calculated force to control the compression quantity of the spring 6 to keep the nozzle touch force constant.
