The media supply system provides media to media connections associated with workstations and arranged on at least one holder element (9) connected to at least one ceiling conduit (4) and adjustable in height. The holding element is suspended from the ceiling conduit by a flexible, length-adjustable traction arrangement (7). An independent claim is also included for (a) an arrangement for implementing the inventive method; (b) and a method for providing media to media connections.
