The invention relates to an articulation (101) with elastic adjustment for fastening a mobile panel on a fixed door frame, comprising, on the one hand, a fixed casing (103), wherein there is provided an axial cylindrical boring (120), open at least at one of its extremities, and on the other hand, a pivoting casing (102), wherein there is located an axial cylindrical pocket (108), open at least at one of its extremities and a cylindrical joining pin (104), articulating the pivoting casing (102) with the fixed casing (103), according to which the boring (120) of the fixed casing (103), which, when compressed, may exercise, upon the joining pin (104), an expansion force which may balance the weight of the mobile panel, which is applied by means of the said pivoting casing (102), on the said joining pin (104). The invention also relates to the use of the said articulation for mounting a rotary panel and to the door assembly comprising the same.
