INPUT BUFFER CAPABLE OF REDUCING INPUT CAPACITANCE OF INPUT SIGNAL

An input buffer(400) capable of reducing input capacitance of an input signal is provided to select a differential signal pair and a single-ended signal selectively. A first differential amplifier(410) compares the amplitude of a first input signal with a second input signal, and outputs a first output signal in response to the comparison result. A second differential amplifier(420) compares the amplitude of the first input signal with a reference voltage, and outputs the second output signal in response to the comparison result. A third differential amplifier(430) compares the amplitude of the second input signal with the reference voltage, and outputs the third output signal in response to the comparison result. The first differential amplifier shares transistors receiving the first and the second input signal with the second and the third differential amplifier.
