Provided is a soap containing germanium which radiates a far infrared ray to allow the waste material to be discharged rapidly from the skin and has an excellent moisturizing effect and a good antibacterial effect. The soap comprises animal or vegetable oil and fat; 1.0-3.0 wt% of an unsaturated fatty acid; 0.1-1.0 wt% of Dendropanax Trifidus liquid; 1.0-10.0 wt% of the extract of medical herbs; 0.1-3.0 wt% of a germanium composite; 0.05-0.10 wt% of EDTA-2Na; 0.05-0.20 wt% of the perfume of Angelica gigas Nakai; and 3.0-10.0 wt% of an alkaline catalyst. Preferably the extract of medical herbs is at least one selected from the group consisting of the powder extracted from Angelica gigas Nakai, the powder extracted from Citrus unshiu MARKOVICH., and the polysaccharide extracted from Hericium erinaceus; and the alkaline catalyst is a mixture of sodium sesquicarbonate and sodium bicarbonate.
