An early rainwater exclusion system is provided to prevent water pollution of rivers or the sea caused by early rainwater by separating/collecting and treating early rainwater. An early rainwater exclusion system comprises a manhole(1) constituting a vertical pipe line; a rainwater inlet pipe(2) connected to one side of the manhole; an early rainwater discharge pipe(3) installed at a position lower than the rainwater inlet pipe to the other side of the manhole, to discharge early rainwater; a successive rain discharge pipe(4) installed at a position higher than the early rainwater discharge pipe; and a discharge pipe-selective opening and closing unit(5) installed in the manhole, to open the early rainwater discharge pipe in case of early rainwater and to open the successive rain discharge pipe in case of successive rain while ascending and descending by buoyancy according to the water level in the manhole.
