A method for managing delivery/return of goods delivered to a buyer from a supplier through a delivery company is provided to collectively manage supply/delivery preparation respectively advanced by the supplier/delivery company by dividing order information of the goods into information needed for the supply and the delivery, and respectively transmitting it after assigning a common code to join both information. A delivery management system receives a supply plan of the goods from multiple goods supplier systems(S200). An order quantity for the goods is loaded from an order management system. A daily supply quantity of the supplier is compared with the order quantity. A daily goods delivery quantity is determined by a comparing result. A goods delivery method is determined from the goods delivery quantity(S210). In case of direct delivery passing no distributor(S220), the order information corresponding to the determined delivery quantity is loaded in reception order(S230). After dividing the order information into goods information and delivery information, the goods information transmitted to the goods supplier system and the delivery information is transmitted to a delivery company system(S240).
