The invention relates to an anti-seismic foundation for constructions, meant for damping the shock waves, in case of earthquakes, there performing a minimum displacement of the buildings, from their initial position. According to the invention, the foundation comprises two complementary bodies (1 and 2), made of reinforced concrete, some hydraulic dampers (3) which provides, by means of some hoses (4), the flow of the working liquid (5), between two diametrally opposed dampers, performing, also by means of some cylindrical blocks made of rubber (6), the damping of the seismic waves, according to a sinusoidal curve and any propagation direction thereof.
