<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device or the like for liquid crystal panel which can undersize a liquid crystal panel by using an area on a substrate forming a precharge circuit and pixel electrodes or the like. SOLUTION: This driving circuit is provided with a precharge circuit 201 provided for every data line 35 inside the liquid crystal panel so as to respectively supply precharge signals to respective data lines 35 before supplying image signals to these data lines 35. Concerning this precharge circuit 201, respective precharge signal lines 204 are arranged so as to supply precharge signals from one precharge signal line 204 to thin film transistors 202 for precharge corresponding to mutually adjacent two data lines 35.</p> |
