PURPOSE: Provided is a method for obtaining a high quality bamboo leaf extract in high concentration. The bamboo leaf extract is used as medicaments, cosmetics, functional foods, nutritional foods and the like. CONSTITUTION: A method for obtaining a bamboo leaf extract is characterized by the steps of: selecting bamboo leaves and drying them; pulverizing the dried bamboo leaves and soaking them in a solvent for a certain period of time; and removing the solvent and heating the soaked bamboo leaves to obtain an extract. |
