摘要 <p>A solid light-emitting element, a method for producing the element, and a projector are provided to prevent a projected image from being deformed due to an area forming an electrode area. An electrode(16) is formed on an upper surface of a chip(12). The upper part of the electrode(16) and the chip(12) has a light path change lens(14) having a valley part corresponding to the area for formation of the electrode(16). If current is introduced into the chip(12) to irradiate light, the emitted light is refracted and is arranged in a vertical direction to an irradiating surface of the chop(12). The emitted light is normalized by irradiating the emitted light through the light path change lens(14), so that the electrode(16) is visually masked. A bonding wire makes contact with the electrode(16) through the light path change lens(14).</p>
