COMBINATION STRUCTURE OF HEAT EXCHANGER FOR USING CO2 AS A REFRIGERANT

A combination structure of a header pipe of a heat exchanger for using CO2 as a refrigerant is provided to effectively disperse stress concentration and to improve pressure resistance without changing thickness of a heat exchanger. A header pipe(20) includes a tank(22) bent at a certain curvature by forming bent parts(22a) at both sides and a header(23) having combination parts(23a) to be brazed with the bent parts of the tank at both sides. A stress concentration preventing member(22d) is formed at an end of the bent part to prevent stress from concentrating. The stress concentration preventing member is formed by inclining an end surface(22c) of the bent part at a predetermined angle.
