An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to reduce the size and weight of the LCD and simplify an assembling process by removing a lamp housing for fixing a lamp and bending the combined structure of a bottom cover and a main frame or a reflecting plate to fix the lamp. An LCD device includes optical sheets(111), a back light assembly(110) having a light guide plate(115), a lamp(113) and a reflecting plate(117), a main frame(121), a bottom cover(122), and a top case(101). Both ends of the bottom cover combined with the main frame and the reflecting plate interposed between the bottom cover and the light guide plate are vertically bent. The reflecting plate is extended to the bent portion of the bottom cover, and the light guide plate is fixed by the bent bottom cover and the reflecting plate. The lamp is fixed by the bottom cover and the reflecting plate.
