<p>Casting mold for production of hollow turbine blades with at least one radial cooling cavity and a number of film cooling channels extending from the inner to the outer surface and radially spaced, where the mold has an outer mold part and a core removable after casting to form the hollow space and channels, the core has foundry nails, and the core strengthening and casting process are simultaneous. An independent claim is included for an aircraft turbine engine blade manufactured with the casting mold with radial air cooling cavities and radial film cooling channels for production of an air cooling film.</p> |
