摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly control the voltage at an interconnecting point, regardless of the fluctuation of the higher-order reactor component of a system. SOLUTION: An adaptive mechanism C, composed of the reference model B of a system voltage and a model reference adaptive control system (MRAC), is installed to a plant A, in which a system voltage is constantly controlled by means of an SVC (static reactive power compensator), and the PI gain of a PI controller 14 is adaptively adjusted by means of the MRAC. The MRAC is provided with a primary low-pass filter 54 which prevents the excessive fluctuation of an adaptive parameter, a dead-zone block 55 which suppresses the fluctuation of the adaptive parameter due to noise components, a filter 56 which ignores pulsative fluctuation by giving a dead time, and a reidentifying block 61 which changes a convergent value into an appropriate value by urging the fluctuation of the adaptive parameter. As a result, the MRAC may perform control operation without overshooting, undershooting, and response delay.
