A device for supplying a multilateral call service in a switching system and a supplying method therefor are provided to supply a call service among at least more than one of IP terminals without another equipment, and to supply a conference call service among general terminals without another equipment. A gateway(11) sets channels with plural terminals(20) which participate in a multilateral call, when channel setup request signals are received, and supplies information on the set channels. A port manager(12) connects ports corresponding to the set channels to each terminal(20) by using the channel information, and sets the multilateral call among the terminals(20). The port manager(12) comprises as follows. A call processor(12a) perceives the connected ports by using the channel information, and generates a port control signal. A port processor connects the ports according to the port control signal.
