A material passing device for a floating drying furnace is provided to increase productivity, and to improve working safety by passing a work piece quickly through the drying furnace after coating inorganic matters on a surface of an oriented electric steel plate annealed secondarily at high temperature. A material passing device in a floating drying furnace(100) is composed of guide grooves(110) arranged symmetrically at both side walls of the drying furnace and inclined downward from an inlet to an outlet, a needle body(200) inserted to the guide groove by sliding, an operation groove recessed in the middle of the needle body, a fixing rod arranged longitudinally in the operation groove, turned and eccentrically fixed at both sides of the needle body, and an operation lever integrally fastened to an outer periphery of the fixing rod. The needle body comprises a shaft penetrating both sides, and a rotating roll turned, fixed to the shaft and inserted to the guide groove by sliding.
