An arm assembly for crash test dummy is provided to know more exactly a damage exerted on a human body by operating a lower arm unit using a motor and a gear unit. An arm assembly for crash test dummy includes an upper arm unit(101), a lower arm unit(103), a wrist joint, and a hand unit(105). The upper part of the upper arm unit(101) is coupled with the body of the dummy. The lower arm unit(103) is coupled with the lower part of the upper arm unit(101). The wrist joint is rotatably coupled with the lower arm unit(103). The hand unit(105) has one end part coupled with the lower arm unit(103). The upper arm unit(101) includes a housing and a driving unit used for driving the lower arm unit. The driving unit includes a motor and a gear unit. The gear unit is operated by means of the motor and is designed in such a manner that the lower arm unit(103) performs a pivot movement with respect to the lower arm unit(103).
