<p>The invention relates to a drying composite, based on natural and synthetic polymers, meant for drying the organic, aliphatic and aromatic liquids, and to a process for obtaining the same. According to the invention, the drying composite agent comprises 15...25% collagen hydrolysate, with a content of 0.8...12 mmols/g, free NH2 groups and the molecular mass of 60000...90000 Da, as well as 75...85% maleic styren-anhydride copolymer, having the molecular mass of 40...80 kDa and a water binding capacity higher than 10000%. According to the invention, the process for producing the drying composite agent consists in that the 100 parts by weight of maleic styren-anhydride copolymer solution with 10...20% concentration are mixed in ethyl acetate, with 20...40 parts by weight of aqueous collagen hydrolysate solution of 10...20% concentration, at a pH of 8...10, blended for 8...12 hours, at the room temperature, maintaining the pH constant, by adding ammonia solution of 10% concentration, there is settled down the hydrogel which, while stirring for 60 min, is treated with 100 parts by weight of 10...30% alcohol solution in benzene, the resulting granules being filtered and washed with a 70 degrees alcoholic solution, for totally removing the benzene and, finally, drying at the temperature of 60 degrees C, until reaching a humidity of maximum 10%.</p> |
