To provide a sludge treatment apparatus capable of minimizing moisture content of sludge, substantially reducing consumption of heat energy during incineration and preventing environmental pollution. A sludge treatment apparatus(1) comprises: a first drying pulverization chamber(10) that comprises at least one or more first agitation vanes(15) for pulverizing sludge(100) by rotation and receives hot blast to dry the sludge; a second drying pulverization chamber(20) comprising plural second agitation vanes(24) for pulverizing the sludge dried and pulverized in the first drying pulverization chamber into fine sludge, and sludge passing plates(27) which are installed at the lower side of the respective second agitation vanes, and on which sludge passing holes(27a) are formed such that diameter of the sludge passing holes is gradually decreased as it goes to the lower side from the upper side to dry the sludge by receiving hot blast; a sludge transfer means(30) for transferring the sludge dried and pulverized in the first drying pulverization chamber to the second drying pulverization chamber; a hot blast supply unit(40) comprising a high temperature heat generator(43) for forming a high temperature heat generation space, a heating burner(45) for heating the high temperature heat generator, and a blower(47) for blowing high temperature heat produced in the high temperature heat generator into the first drying pulverization chamber and the second drying pulverization chamber; and a dust collector(50) comprising a sludge suction fan(53) for sucking the fine sludge dried and pulverized in the second drying pulverization chamber, and a dust collection chamber(51) for collecting sludge sucked by the sludge suction fan. |
