A split-type block shutter for preventing breakage is provided to prevent the shutter and blocks from being broken by making a lower assembling ring open in a side and providing space for exhaust of wind when the wind blows hard and to facilitate replacement by replacing just a broken block with a new one. A split-type block shutter(1) for preventing breakage comprises blocks(2) and connection units(10) formed to both sides of the blocks. Upper spaces(7) are formed to both sides of an upper assembling ring(4) in the upper middle part of the block and a side assembling ring(6) is formed to the outside of the upper space. Lower assembling rings(5) each having a lower open part(9) are formed to both sides of a lower space(8) formed to the lower middle part of the block and the lower open parts are separated from a rod(3).
