An information storage medium for recording a multi-angle data structure, a reproducing method and a device therefor are provided to seamlessly reproduce angle data even though the angle data is photographed at different angle by converting an angle of the data while the angle data is reproduced. A reader(310) reads data from a storage medium(305) stored in MPEG-2 TS(Transport Stream) type, and temporarily stores the data according to a read data rate in a read buffer(320). A source depacketizer(330) reads the data stored in the read buffer(320) according to the read data rate, and removes an ATS(Arrival Time Stamp), then outputs the data in MPEG-2 TS packet type. A decoder(340) decodes an MPEG-2 TS stream according to a PTS(Presentation Time Stamp) included in an MPEG-2 TS packet, and displays the decoded stream on an output unit(350).
