An ocher health bed is provided to improve user's health with beneficial wave of ocher by heating ocher with circulating warm water. To make a ocher health bed, 5cm of each corner of a steel plate is cut. Two steel pads of 3mm thickness are installed to have about 33cm space between each other. A heating PB pipe is installed on the steel plate. An angle valve connector is attached by a welding. The bottom space is filled with ocher. A paper is attached on the outer steel plate to prevent cold steel plate from contacting a human body.
