An all seasons used heating wood carpet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to give heat evenly and keep a constant temperature. The manufacturing method of the wood carpet includes 5 steps. The first step is to provide a wooden piece by cutting and coating a decorative laminated sheet or a processed wood. The 2nd step is to provide a wooden sheet by attaching the wooden piece to a functional nonwoven fabric. The 3rd step is to provide a flexible sheet by laminating a functional pressed foulard and a heatproof nonwoven fabric on a waterproof sheet. The 4th step is to provide a heating sheet by laminating a heating paint sheet, which is made by impregnating a fabric or a sheet with a heating resin paint and applying an electric power to the conductive material formed on the outer edge of the sheet, and a heatproof nonwoven fabric. The 5th step is to laminate a soft sheet, a heating sheet and a wooden sheet and enclose outer edges thereof of with a brim material.
