ORGANIC ELECTRO LUMINESCENT DISPLAY PANEL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

An organic electro-luminescent display panel and a fabricating method thereof are provided to form uniform brightness by maintaining equally a potential difference corresponding to a difference between a driving voltage and a scan voltage at each pixel. A striped transparent electrode is formed on an upper surface of a substrate(20). An auxiliary electrode is formed at one end of the first edge of the substrate(20). A striped scan pad is formed at the other end of the first edge of the substrate(20) in order to be electrically connected to the auxiliary electrode. A striped data pad(24) is formed at the second edge adjacent to the first edge in order to be electrically connected to the transparent electrode. An insulating layer(25) is formed on the substrate(20) including the transparent electrode, the auxiliary electrode, the scan pad, and the data pad(24). The insulating layer(25) includes contact holes formed in each pixel region. A striped barrier rib(26) is formed on the insulating layer(25). An emission layer(27) includes second contact holes formed on each region corresponding to auxiliary electrode regions. A metal electrode(28) is formed on the emission layer(27).
