A keypad for a portable phone and a manufacturing method therefor are provided to directly contact a continuously supplied film with an LSR(Liquid Silicon Rubber) forming a body, thereby reducing a defective proportion while enabling mass production and improving a throughput. A worker prepares for a film having a foil type(S100). The worker prints numbers, characters or symbols corresponding to each key in proper positions of the prepared film(S102). The worker models a liquid silicon on the film printed with the characters or the symbols, and configures a body(S104). While the film and the body are integrated together, the worker cuts the film into a perfect keypad shape(S106).
