A parking cam guide device of an automatic transmission is provided to secure excellent assembly and dismantlement efficiency and to reduce the cost by applying a guide plate for guiding a parking cam and preventing a parking support and a sprag from being separated. A parking cam guide device of an automatic transmission is composed of a parking cam(320) moved toward a correspondent place by receiving external force to parking-lock a parking sprag(300) by engaging the parking sprag with a parking gear(310); a parking support(330) positioned in a movable path of the parking cam, fixed to a case(360), and contacted with the parking cam to push the parking sprag toward the parking gear by the parking cam; and a guide plate(340) formed with a bent flat plate-shaped longitudinal section and fixed and settled to the case. The guide plate prevents the parking cam and the parking support from being separated through an opened side and the bottom surface of the case in longitudinal and horizontal movements of the vehicle.
