A propeller with grooved wings is provided to reduce noises by reducing the pressure difference between an intake side and an exhaust side of the propeller. A propeller with grooved wings includes a plurality of wings(10) radially extending according to a clock direction or a counter clock direction around the center of the propeller. Each wing includes each groove part. Each groove part has the same curvature and the same curved surface. Each groove part(10a) has a structure capable of generating fine swirl. The structure allows fine swirl through the entire surface of the wing when the propeller(100) rotates. The generated swirl collides with a swirl generated from the outer wing because the swirl moves from the lower pressure part to the higher pressure part.
