A pipe processing device with a processing surface arrangement transfer unit is provided to minimize failure rate, and to transfer and process the pipe stably, automatically and independently according to independent sequence control by processing sides of the pipe with respective transfer units. A pipe processing device is composed of a base material supply unit having a hopper and a chute and feeding a base pipe by a rotary feeding wheel, a first transfer unit having a grinding unit(60) grinding sides of base material, an air blower(70) cleaning an inside of the base pipe, a part insertion unit(80), an end forming unit(90) forming an end of the base pipe and a sensor inspecting defect of the base pipe, a second transfer unit in which processing modules are arranged sequentially, a horizontal transfer unit moving the base pipe from the first transfer unit to the transfer unit, an angle gripper horizontally transferring the base pipe by supporting both sides of the base pipe on the first and second transfer units, and an index drive(150) controlling horizontal transfer of the gripper and operation of the horizontal transfer unit according to processing condition of the processing module.
