A window glass assembly structure of a vehicle is provided to restrict excessive stress concentration on a window glass and to prevent the window glass from being broken down by fine clearance in lifting the window glass by adding a soft plastic bush to a combining port of the window glass. A window glass assembly structure of a vehicle is composed of a glass holder(100) installed in a vehicle door joined to a combining port(310) of the window glass by a combining unit(400); a lifting unit for moving up and down the window glass; a cylindrical bush(200) made from soft plastic and inserted and fixed to the combining port of the window glass; and a combining groove recessed on the glass holder to fit both ends of the bush. The bush has plural branched fixing projections having a hanging sill in the end to insert and fix elastically the bush to the combining port of the window glass.
