An air conditioning system for a vehicle is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and work man-hour by removing a sealing member from a door, thereby improving the productivity. A blower unit(105) has internal and external air inlet ports(111,112) for making internal and external air flow in and has a blower(125) forcibly sending the flowed air. An air conditioning case has an evaporator and a heater core inside at a certain gap and includes a plurality of air discharge ports discharging heat-exchanged air. A door(130) is formed of a dome plate(133) combined with a passage communicating the internal and external air inlet ports with the air discharge ports by a rotary shaft(131) and having a curved surface centering on the rotary shaft. End flanges(133b) extending in the same curvature are protruded at the dome plate. A depressed groove(113b) is formed at an inner surface of the passage to insert the end flanges thereinto.
