ANTIINFLAMMATORY COMPOSITION COMPRISING ARGININE-CONJUGATED LINOLEIC ACID

An anti-inflammatory composition comprising arginine-conjugated linoleic acid is provided, which arginine-conjugated linoleic acid(Arg-CLA) complex has improved inhibitory effect on inflammation occurred by endotoxin of bacterium, so that the Arg-CLA complex is useful in anti-inflammatory food composition and medicinal composition. The anti-inflammatory composition comprises 0.02 to 10 parts by weight of arginine-conjugated linoleic acid complex as an effective component, wherein the anti-inflammatory composition is applicable for prevention and treatment of formation of TNF-alpha(tumor necrosis factor-alpha), prostaglandin E-2 and nitric oxide(NO) by endotoxin of bacterium; the composition is a food composition of dietary supplement or food additive; and the composition further comprises pharmaceutically acceptable carriers.
