A seal mounting device is provided to arrange seals mounted to a header pipe, and to restrict air leakage between a radiator and a condenser by attaching the seal to the header pipe accurately and automatically. A seal mounting device is composed of a seal supply body(100) installed at a side of a manufacturing process line for a work piece and opposed to a setting position of the work piece, a seal plate supply unit(200) mounted at a side of the seal supply body to store and automatically supply seal plates(7) including seals to the seal supply body, a seal plate fixing unit(300) formed in an upper part of the seal supply body to fasten the seal plate supplied from the seal plate supply unit, a transfer and attachment unit(400) transferring and attaching the seal of the seal plate from the seal plate fixing unit to the work piece on the manufacturing process line, and a controller controlling the units to stably and automatically mount the seal to the work piece.
