A forming method of an outer cover material of an interior material for a vehicle is provided to form the outer cover material quickly, and to extend a life span of a manufacturing device by injecting raw material of copolymer and reducing forming temperature. An outer cover material of an interior material for a vehicle is formed by injecting raw material of polyurethane copolymer. Temperature of a mold(1) is adjusted to about 60 to 80 deg.C, and a release agent is injected to the mold. The outer cover is formed by injecting raw material of polyol and isocyanate, and the formed outer cover is removed from the mold. A polyol ingredient is composed of main liquid including polyol having molecular weight of about 2000 to 8000 g/mol and viscosity of 700 to 1500 cps, a chain extender and a catalyst, and an isocyanate ingredient is composed of monomeric MDI(Methylene Diphenyl Diiocyanate) and polymeric MDI with viscosity of about 200 to 800 cps.
