A color imaging device is provided to improve a roller angle of a transfer nip part by minimizing impact generated when papers pass the transfer nip part. An electrostatic latent image corresponding to image information inputted from the outside is formed on a photosensitive body. A developing unit supplies a certain developer to the photosensitive body, and develops the electrostatic latent image. A transfer belt doubly transfers the developed result object from the photosensitive object to form an image. A paper transfer roller(76) transfers the image formed on the transfer belt to papers. A paper transfer backup roller(72) drives the transfer belt, and supports the paper transfer roller while the image is transferred to the papers. The paper transfer roller and the paper transfer backup roller are disposed to deviate each other at a uniform angle(C).
