A hair dye and a method for hair dyeing using the same hair dye are provided, which hair dye enables to perform repeated hair dyeing without damage of the hairs, does not stimulate the skin, and reduces itch and tingling after hair dyeing. The hair dye comprises 0.2 to 20 wt.%, preferably 3 to 7 wt.% of bean powder, wherein the hair dye further comprises yellow soil powder. The method for hair permanent wave comprises the steps of: washing the hairs with shampoo; treating the hairs with treatment solution; applying the liquid for hair permanent wave to the hairs; and treating the hairs with oxidizing agents. The hair dye comprises oxidation dye and alkali and hydrogen peroxide as effective components, and 0.2 to 20 wt.%, preferably 3 to 7 wt.% of bean powder or 0.2 to 20 wt.% of yellow soil. The method for hair dyeing comprises the steps of: washing the hairs with shampoo; treating the hairs with hair treatment solution; applying the hair dye comprising oxidation dye, akali, hydrogen peroxide, bean powder and yellow soil to the hairs; and washing the hairs with water.
