An air conditioning system of a vehicle by using weather information and a method for controlling the same are provided to automatically execute air conditioning for the inside of a vehicle corresponding to outside weather, thereby forming a pleasant driving environment inside the vehicle. Weather information of a vehicle outside is received in real time(S11). The received weather information is analyzed(S12). The analyzed weather information is made into data to be stored(S13). The stored real-time weather information data is compared with weather information data preliminarily stored(S14). It is judged whether a difference exists in compared values of the real-time weather information data and the weather information data preliminarily stored(S15). If so, an air conditioner of a vehicle is controlled by the real-time weather information data(S16).
