A door trim mounting structure is provided to restrict parts from being exposed to the outside and to improve the exterior shape of a door trim by integrating a cap to a door center trim and covering a screw with a cover unit disposed at the lower end of the door center trim. In a door of a vehicle having a door center trim(2) formed with a groove(1) and fixed by a screw(3), a V-shaped folding groove(10) is formed at the groove. A cover unit(20) for cutting off the screw from being exposed is integrated with the door center trim and guided by the folding groove to fold freely in the vertical direction. When the door center trim is lifted, the door center trim is folded upward by the folding groove of the groove. And then, the door center trim is fixed firmly to the vehicle door by the screw and the cover unit covers the screw.
