STRUCTURE OF NOIZE REDUCTION FOR GEARED REDUCER

A noise reducing structure of a reducer is provided to decrease noise caused due to friction between gears by integrating a noise absorbing unit in a gear housing and to improve insulation of sound by increasing thickness of a gear case and forming a double-wall structure by the noise absorbing unit formed whole over an inner wall of the housing. A reducer is composed of a yoke unit formed with an opening and installed with a motor therein and a gear housing(20) mounted with plural gears for reducing and transmitting rotational power of the motor to an output shaft and combined with the opening. A noise reducing structure for the reducer has a noise absorbing unit(30) comprising a cavity unit(32) having a space for absorbing the noise generated from the reducer and an inlet unit(34) having a neck with the diameter smaller than the diameter of the cavity unit on an upside of the cavity unit. The cavity unit and the inlet unit are arranged on an inner wall of the gear housing. The gear housing and the noise absorbing unit are integrated to each other.
