A manufacturing method of a rigid-flexible PCB(Printed Circuit Board) is provided to prevent various defects generated from a hot press process and a plating process and eliminate additional processes by forming a window part after bonding a main PCB and an FCCL(Flexible Copper Clad Laminated) to each other and coating PSK ink thereon. A manufacturing method of a rigid-flex PCB includes a main PCB manufacturing process, an FCCL manufacturing process, and a post process for laminating the main PCB, the FCCL, and an outer copper clad. The main PCB manufacturing process includes a guideline forming process for forming a guideline having the same shape as a window in an insulating board on the basis of a point hole formed in a drilling process(e5-1). The post process includes a window forming process which is performed in a laminated state of the insulating board and the FCCL in order to form a window part by cutting the outer copper clad, the insulating board, and a PSR ink layer along the guideline formed in the insulating board after a second plating process.
