A circuit device is provided to control a leakage current and improve the characteristic of an electric circuit built in a circuit device by extending a guard conductive pattern between conductive patterns whose potentials are different. A circuit apparatus includes a circuit device and a conductive pattern. The first conductive pattern(12A) is coupled to a high impedance input terminal of the circuit device. The second conductive pattern(12B) is formed near the first conductive pattern. A guard conductive pattern(12C) is extended between the first and second conductive patterns. The conductive pattern having a most similar potential to that of the first conductive pattern is used as the guard conductive pattern.
