A condenser of a condensing-type laundry dryer is provided to improve heat exchanging efficiency of the condenser by increasing the hydrophilic property through plasma-treating a heat-releasing plate surface of the condenser and thereby reducing a contact angle between a condensate and the heat-releasing plate surface and to enhance drying function of the laundry dryer. In a condensing-type laundry dryer, a condenser comprises a plurality of heat-releasing plates(30a) formed like ducts and layered separately at predetermined intervals and cooling fins(30b) installed between the plural heat-releasing plates. The surfaces of the heat-releasing plates are plasma-treated to form macromolecular polymer membrane. The macromolecular polymer membrane of the heat-releasing plate surfaces is formed by DC(Direct Current) plasma-discharging and RF(Radio Frequency) plasma-discharging. A contact angle(beta) of a condensate against the heat-releasing plate surface is smaller than ten degree.
