STRUCTURE OF RADIATOR DRAIN DEVICE

A structure of radiator drain device is provided to prevent damage of a drain cock due to thermal expansion of a rubber seal when a radiator works at a high temperature by limiting relation between thickness of the rubber seal and height of a protrusion part. A drain part(17) is integrated with a lower tank of a radiator, having a drain hole(18) formed at the inside with a predetermined screw groove(20) combined with a drain cock(19) and a drain cock securing part(21) formed at an end contacting with the outside. The drain cock is formed of a combination part(22) combined with the drain hole and a head part(23) disassembling the combination part from the drain hole and combining the combination part with the drain hole. A predetermined screw groove(24) is formed at the combination part to be combined with the screw groove of the drain hole. A radiator drain device(16) includes a rubber seal(25) inserted between an upper side(21a) of the drain cock securing part formed at an end of the drain part and the head part of the drain cock. Protrusion parts(26) are formed at the upper side of the drain cock securing part at a predetermined height in a circular shape. The height(h) of the protrusion satisfies an expression h>0.4t, wherein t indicates thickness of the rubber seal.
