A lens-fitted photo film unit and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost of the lens-fitted photo film unit by simplifying the structure of the lens-fitted photo film unit. A lens-fitted photo film unit includes a film unit body(15) and a label(16). The film unit body(15) has a photographing appliance embedded in the film unit(11). The label surrounds the film unit body(15). The film unit body(15) includes a photographing lens, a finder window, a flash emitting part(19), a flash charging button(20). The film unit body(15) includes an upper part having a shutter release button(21), an exposure counter window(22), and an optical guide(23). The film unit body(15) has another surface including a film winding knob and a finder window.
