A system for measuring the displacement of a structure member is provided to measure of displacement of the structure member without a direct detection sensor by installing a camera and a distance measurement unit. A camera(120) periodically takes a photograph of a reflection plate according to the control of the control part(140). The photographed image is converted into an electrical signal by means of a CCD element and inputted to a camera data processing part(121). The camera data processing part(121) recognizes a coordinate of the reflection plate. The camera data processing part(121) determines the maximum value of the electrical signal in order to extract the coordinate of the reflection plate. After one period elapses, the camera processing part(121) re-extracts the coordinate of the reflection plate.
